DNB Mining Machinery was established during Hungary’s most difficult periodfor mining. At that time, deep mining had ceased and the elimination of open-pit coal mining was imminent. Bauxite, manganese, non-ferrousore and uranium mining ceased, and today our mining industry consists of the extraction of construction minerals, for which we have good conditions. Never theless, I believe and I know that a positive shift is to be expected, because the under utilization of domestic mineral resources and energy carriersat this level is not sustainable in thelongterm.
